8. Refund Policy

8.2 Change of Mind
If you change your mind after placing your order:

- After one hour, cancellations will incur a 60% processing fee.

Clients may also choose to receive credit or free service pages of equal value for future use.
8.4 Refund Timeframe
- Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the final delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Clients should note the refund deadline when placing the order
8.5 Situations Where Refunds Will NOT Be Issued
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

- Delays caused by the client (late responses, missing information, inaccessible accounts, etc.)

- Book marketing or publishing services where the client cannot provide required access (e.g., Amazon KDP, social media accounts, dashboards, etc.)
- Failure to use provided services or lack of performance due to client-side restrictions
