8. Refund Policy

We encourage clients to read this section in detail to avoid misunderstandings. Refund eligibility is determined under the conditions below.

8.1 Full Refund

A full refund may be issued only if work has not yet begun and the client notifies us promptly.

Our support team will verify the production status and guide you through available options.

8.2 Change of Mind

If you change your mind after placing your order:

• You may request a cancellation within the first hour for a full refund.
• After one hour, cancellations will incur a 60% processing fee.

8.3 Incompetent or Unsatisfactory Delivery

A refund may be considered only after the following steps are taken:

• 1. The work delivered does not meet documented project requirements.
• 2. The client has requested all available revisions, including reassignment and rewrites
• 3. The Company has attempted all reasonable measures to correct the issue.

If we still cannot meet the agreed requirements, a partial or full refund may be issued based on mutual agreement.
Clients may also choose to receive credit or free service pages of equal value for future use.

8.4 Refund Timeframe

• Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of the final delivery.
• Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
• Clients should note the refund deadline when placing the order

8.5 Situations Where Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Minor technical issues (e.g., grammar, spelling, formatting) that can be corrected through revisions
• Delays caused by the client (late responses, missing information, inaccessible accounts, etc.)
• Claims based on personal writing preference or subjective quality judgments
• Book marketing or publishing services where the client cannot provide required access (e.g., Amazon KDP, social media accounts, dashboards, etc.)
• Failure to use provided services or lack of performance due to client-side restrictions
